What should customer provide to get a custom design ?
Any information you can provide is welcome. In addition to gathering all of your brand elements (logo, colors, etc.) before starting the design process, we will ask you to tell us more about your project. For more custom information, please visit the OEM&ODM sections of our website.
How do I order online ?
Please email us, if possible, you could attached pictures and other information about the designs you want or like ,then we will step by steps talk about the other details till we confirm the order.
Where can I get your products catalogue?
To make it easier and convenient for customers to browse their favorite products, we had divided our products catalogue according to specific products. Due to monthly updating for different models, we would not show our catalogue at website, if you want catalogue, please e-mail us for a specific product catalogue, thanks.
Do you have online store on Alibaba.com?

How can I get your product price?
As we have a huge number of products, we can not list the price for each products. If you want to know the price or details information, please contact us and select the models you like and tell us the estimated quantity firstly, then we would quote it with best wholesale price. This would help save time for both of us.
How long will it take for my order to ship ?
Generally, for our ready in stocks items, we will process it within 3-7 workdays, for custom order or sample order, it need to take longer. Special order items require additional time to process.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Can you ship item internationally ?
Yes, we sold wordwide. International shipping costs are calculated at the point of sale and depend on location, total shipping weight (Including the packaging) and the best pricing we can obtain from our shipping partners (Such as UPS/FedEx/ DHL Express, land shipping or sea shipping ). And the transit times is based on the shipping method buyer required.
Who will be responsible for duties and import fees?
As purchaser, any unpaid duties will be charged to your credit card. You must pay the duties and taxes required to receive your order, we cannot pay these for you. Please kindly notice, the duties, taxes and brokerage fees vary per country and are not able to be estimated by us.
Additional VAT, duties, tariffs and customs clearance fees may be due at the destination country to enable customs release and delivery.
How would you packing my products ?
We ship all of our products in boxes to ensure it arrives undamaged and in pristine condition upon arrival. Wherever possible, we use letterbox friendly packaging.
Can I get track my order shipment?
Yes. We would provide you tracking ID once the order shipped. You can simply click the tracking link that is emailed to you. Alternatively, you can track your package right from https://www.17track.net or corresponding logistics official site.
Do you require a signature upon delivery? Can I waive this?
We do not normally require signatures upon delivery and leaving packages at your front door, back door, or pool house is at the discretion of the FedEx driver. On high value or risk, it is likely a signature will be required. However, we are unable to waive your rights on your behalf.
Can I ship orders to my private address?
Yes, as long as you correctly input your precise billing address (the address that is associated with your credit or debit card.

What if my credit card cayment failed?
Please follow the instructions below if your credit card payment failed:
1.Try to contact the card issuer to confirm the payment failure or change a new card.
2.Check your credit card number and date of expiry etc. entered are correct.
3.Check whether your credit card has reached its limit (insufficient funds).
4.Check whether your credit card number is valid.
5.Check whether the verification information entered is correct.
6.Contact the card issuers to confirm whether cross-border transactions are allowed and whether the transaction amount is limited.

RETURN & REFUND
Do you take returns for refunds for damaged products or offer exchanges?
Yes. Usually, we offer our customers the ability to return items in original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund with valid packing list. All of our orders are shipped with this important document and contain detailed information about your order. Product delivery past 15 days are considered final and are not exchangeable.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment only, and may take up to 14 days to process. Shipping expenses back to JINJIE are not refundable and for your security, we suggest using a reputable, trackable, and insurable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, DHL), as credits/refunds/exchanges are only possible when the items are received in their original condition by JINJIE. JINJIE is not able to provide refunds/exchanges for items lost during shipping back to our location.
*Engravable items, custom items, special requests, large orders and wholesale orders cannot be returned but can be partial refunded or resend based on the level of damage. Please allow 3~ 5% product defective rate for wholesale large order.
Items damaged in transport must be reported to JINJIE within 24 hours of receipt via e-mail us, so as we can make solution as soon as possible.
